We don't give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. However, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or does not do what it is supposed to do.

Standard delivery is $9.70 Australia wide. Standard delivery timeframes are as per Australia Post guidelines for your area.

Express Post is available for a flat rate of $15. Express delivery timeframes are as per Australia Post Express guidelines for your area.

Deliveries require a signature unless you specifically request the delivery be left without a signature at your delivery address.
